CNS' management team consists of experienced corporate managers with several years of service to the company.
John
Wechsler, President, Chief Executive
Officer
John is a member of the Board of Directors and a Partner of Equinox Capital, Inc. where he is responsible for the origination of investment opportunities and portfolio company oversight. Mr. Wechsler has over twenty-five years of private equity investment experience and has been responsible for numerous acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining Equinox, Mr. Wechsler served as President of Wechsler & Company, a private investment firm. Previously, Mr. Wechsler was a Managing Director of Bessemer Securities Corporation where he was largely responsible for the firm's operating company investments. Prior to Bessemer, Mr. Wechsler worked at Davic Associates, a private investment firm, and Wechsler, Meyers & Wolsh, a public accounting firm. Mr. Wechsler holds a B.A. from Duke University and an MBA from American University.

Alicia ("Ali") Craig-Rodriguez, RN, MBA, President
As the President of Comprehensive NeuroScience, Ali is responsible for maximizing its growth and profitability. Ali leads a dynamic team of experienced Business Development, Operations and Finance professionals, all of whom have played an important role in the company’s success over the past five years. Ali has over 25 years of management experience, including 15 years in the health care field and over 10 years in clinical trials management. Over the past ten years, Ali has held key positions within the company, all of which supported strategic growth initiatives and contributed significantly the company’s organic growth and profitability. Ali holds a Bachelor of Arts in English/ Communication from the University of South Florida, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s In Business Administration from the University Of South Florida College Of Business, with a concentration in Finance and Marketing.

Joseph M. Milano, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Joe joined CNS in January 2007 and brings 30 years of diversified financial management experience to the company. His career has spanned large corporate environments, middle market companies and start-up enterprises. In his two most recent positions, he has served as the CFO of two medical device manufacturers. EBI, a bone growth stimulation and fracture fixation division of Biomet and Aircast, a privately owned manufacturer of fracture fixation braces. While at Aircast, he was instrumental in the sale of the company to a strategic buyer. Prior to Aircast, Joe was the CFO for American Color Graphics, a national commercial printer. While there, he engineered several large capital refinancing efforts. Prior to joining American Color Graphics, he was the CFO of Farrel Corporation, a manufacturer of capital equipment utilized in the plastics and rubber industries. During his tenure at Farrel, he led the company’s efforts in a successful IPO. He started his career at American Can Corporation and holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia University and a B.S. in Accounting from St. John’s University.

Daniel Carpenter, PhD, Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer
Dan was an original founder of Comprehensive NeuroScience and has served as the Chief Information Officer at Comprehensive NeuroScience since its inception. He brings a broad range of technical and clinical skills including computer programming, database management, and formal training and licensure as a Clinical Psychologist. Dan was a member of the faculty at the Cornell University Medical College Department of Psychiatry and then served as the Director of Clinical Data Systems for Merit Behavioral Care Corporation. At Merit, he reported to the Chief Medical Officer and implemented several data-driven research and development and quality improvement initiatives. He left Merit in 1998 with John Docherty to help found Comprehensive NeuroScience. Dan a co-author of the Expert Consensus Method for quantifying expert opinion as the basis for practice guidelines and of several articles applying that method to various psychiatric conditions. He directs the Information Technology Operations and Business Technologies Groups.

Noah Franzblau, Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer
Noah Franzblau joined CNS in August 2009. From May 2005 until July 2009, Noah was the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal, Compliance & Administrative Officer at Groton Partners, a boutique investment bank headquartered in New York engaged in providing strategic financial advice and specialized investment opportunities to clients. In that capacity, Mr. Franzblau managed all corporate legal, administrative, human resources, recruiting, compliance and financial reporting functions. Prior to jointing Groton, Mr. Franzblau was the General Counsel, Director of Human Resources and Corporate Secretary for Lexent Inc., a publicly-traded electrical and telecommunications engineering and construction firm with a national footprint. At Lexent, Mr. Franzblau was responsible for all corporate legal, human resources and administrative functions, including SEC compliance. Prior to joining Lexent, Mr. Franzblau served as a corporate real estate associate attorney with the law firm of Riker, Danzig, Scherer, Hyland & Perretti LLP. Mr. Franzblau holds a B.A. from Tufts University and a J.D./M.B.A. from the University of Denver.

Margarita ("Maggie") Morales-Perez, CPA, MBA, Senior Vice President, Operations and Finance
Maggie joined CNS in July 2010, as Senior Vice President, Operations and Finance, where she is responsible for maximizing growth and profitability . Maggie provides leadership and support to all operational and financial teams and is also responsible for spearheading new and ongoing strategic initiatives within the company. Maggie has over 16 years of experience in the healthcare field and over 25 years in the international arena, having held senior executive positions with global companies such as Coca-Cola, Bausch & Lomb, and Stryker. She has significant experience opening and managing large international operations and is a seasoned executive used to drive growth through organic expansion and acquisitions. Maggie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico, an Executive Masters in Business Administration in International Business from Vanderbilt University, and a Certificate in Strategic Planning from the American Management Association. She is also a licensed CPA.
