Patient Recruitment for a Clinical Trial
Over the past 20 years, hundreds of new medications have reached millions of people in need, extending and saving their lives. The research to prove that these medications are safe and effective would never happen without patient recruitment for clinical trials.
People have many different
reasons for joining a study. Some are healthy
volunteers who may join in exchange for
payment. Other volunteers are individuals
with different illnesses, like diabetes,
liver disease, depression or anxiety. People
with known illness may enter a trial because
it may directly help them get better, or
because they know they are helping others
with similar problems.
Whatever the reasons for being
a research volunteer, the health professionals
at CNS are
dedicated to providing you with confidence
in your safety, respectful attention,
and quality care. Our organization is led
by research doctors and is committed to
performing studies with the highest scientific,
ethical, humanistic standards.
The CNS team of experienced
doctors, nurses, research coordinators,
and of course volunteers, have together
conducted hundreds of trials with thousands
of subjects. We are also specialists in
designing programs to best treat patients
with central nervous system disorders and
provide education to health
professionals around the world.
